What shirt brand do you print on?
All EnVeeUS Tees standard t-shirts are printed on premium quality, cotton/ poly cotton blend American Apparel or Bella + Canvas tees. Our shirts have a slim fit with a trendy style but they tend to run big for women and true to size for men.
What size should I order?
Our sizes range from XS - 2XL. Please see our sizing chart for more details and suggestions for fit. Sizes 3XL-5XL are available upon request. These are unisex (men’s) tees. Women should order one size DOWN from their regular size. We typically use crew neck tees, but v-necks are available upon request.
Please Note: These are unisex tees and run big for women, please order one size down from your regular size to insure a good fit.
What type of printing process is used on your apparel?
All of our shirts are printed DTG (direct to garment) at the time of ordering and drop shipped to our customers. We use the vinyl heat transfer processes for all custom items unless otherwise noted.
Will the designs fade?
Some of the prints will over time and frequency of washing. Black prints tend to fade the most, but will still hold up for lots of wear and washes. Washing instructions are found on the tag of each shirt or keep reading below.
Are there any specific care instructions?
Yes, please follow these tips to take care of the t-shirts:
• Washing: Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle.
• Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting. NEVER IRON the printed area directly.
• Drying: Tumble dry low or hang-dry.
• Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean.
ORDERING
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express through our secure payment processing system. We transit your credit card securely for your protection and we do not store your credit card information.
SHIPPING
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States takes 7-10 business days. Most orders are received within 10 days of ordering.
During holidays or times of high demand, orders will take 10 - 15 business days to ship.
What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
Do you offer package tracking?
Yes! We will provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped, except for International shipments. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left our facility.
Do you ship internationally?
No, unfortunately we are not able to ship internationally yet.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
Since we print every product when it is ordered we CANNOT PROCESS SIZE EXCHANGES. Please be sure to check our size chart before ordering or send us an email for questions.
If you received a defective item, we'll happily replace it. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size. Please contact us at [email protected] for further information.
Please note: All of our items are made by hand at the time of purchase. We do not have a warehouse or inventory. We do not issue refunds on orders that have completed payment and shipped.
Can I cancel/modify my order?
We print every product as it is ordered. You can modify/cancel your order up to 24 hours after placing, after that we immediately begin processing your order. Please make sure to confirm all order details prior to submitting the order.

WOMEN SHOULD ORDER ONE (1) SIZE DOWN FOR A SLIMMER FIT.

Fit: Our shirts are all UNISEX. Unisex fit is equivalent to a women's fitted tee if sized appropriately. Please reference sizing chart to select the best fit for your gender and size.
